At Night-
1) Avoid drinking coffee.
2) Don't eat dinner too late.
3) Keep your sleep consistent...sleep and wake up around the same times.
4) Make sure there are no noises that will wake you or keep you up at night.
5) Relax your mind.
In The Morning-
6) Breathe deeply.
7) Stretch your body.
8) Drink a glass of water.
9) Play music in the background while you're getting ready.
10) Be grateful for your life and the day you have ahead of you.
